It is called Nahui Ollin and pronounced as : Now-we-oh-lean !
A funny name for purses, handbags, totes and bags made of candy wrapper, gum wrapper and soda bottle labels.
It's all hand made, environmentally-friendly, creatively-fresh, long lasting, innovative and also has lots of style.
We came across those products at some of Palo Alto's gift shops like The University Art Annex on the corner of Ramona and Hamilton in Palo Alto, or the Paperwhirl on University Ave.
Most of the bags are very colorful, like the Rosy cheeks tutti - $59 on the left. However, you can also find some in solid colors, like the High Heel - $99.
